Pasos para hacer vacio. steps to make empty

PASO1.- VERIFICAR QUE LAS VALVULAS QUE NUESTRO MANOMETRO ESTEN CERRADAS.
PASO2.- INSTALAR LAS MANGUERAS DE ALTA Y BAJA DE NUESTRO MANOMETRO AL SISTEMA QUE HAREMOS VACIO.
PASO3.- INSTALAR LA MANGUERA DE SERVICIO DE NUESTRO MANOMETRO A LA VALVULA DE SRVICIO DE LA BOMBA.
PASO4.- PRENDEMOS LA BOMBA Y DESPUES PROCEDEMOS A ABRIR LAS MANIVELAS DEL MANOMETRO.
PASO5.- DEJAR PRENDIDA LA BOMBA COMO MINIMO MEDIA HORA Y COMO MAXIMO UNA HORA.
PASO6.- DESPUES DEL TIEMPO DETERMINADO SE PROCEDE HACER LA CARGA DEL REFRIGERANTE.

NOTA: cuando se llegue a los primeros 15 minutos con nuestra bomba realizando su trabajo, cerramos nuestras anivelas del manometro y apagamos la bomba unos 5 minutos, y verificamos que las agujas no se muevan, si asi es entonces nuestro equipo esta haciendo un buen vacio, prendemos nuestra bomba nuevamente y despues abrimos nuestras manivelas del manometro y damos el tiempo restante a nuestro vacio.

STEP 1. - MAKE SURE THAT OUR VALVES ARE CLOSED GAUGE.
STEP2. - INSTALL THE HOSE OF OUR HIGH AND LOW PRESSURE GAUGESYSTEM THAT WILL empty.
STEP3. - INSTALL HOSE PRESSURE GAUGE OUR SERVICE VALVE TO PUMPSRVICIO.
STEP4. - Turn on the pump and then proceed to OPEN HANDLES THE GAUGE.
STEP5. - STOP THE PUMP RUNNING TIME AND AT LEAST HALF AN HOUR AS AMAXIMUM.
STEP6. - AFTER THE PARTICULAR TIME IS APPLICABLE TO THE REFRIGERANT CHARGE.

NOTE: When you reach the first 15 minutes with our Pump doing its job, we close ouranivelas the gauge and turn off the pump for about 5 minutes, and check ls qu needles do not move, if so then our team is doing an empty bun , we turn our pump again and thenopened our gauge cranks and give the remainder to our vacuum.

Este accesorio se usa en todos los sistemas frigorificos para eliminar cualquier rastro de humedad en el ciclo del sistema, ya que si se encuentra agua en el sistema ocacionaria problemas serios. El filtro contiene una silica entre dos mallas que absorben humedad y demas impurezas y se concectan tal  cual una extencion al final del tubo del condensador antes de llegar a la valvula de expancion.

This accessory is used in all refrigeration systems to eliminate any trace of moisture in the system cycle, because if there is water in the system ocacionaria serious problems. The filter contains two mesh silica that absorb moisture and other impurities and concectan as is an extension to the end of the condenser tube before reaching expancion valve.

Ya es 2012 y yo Martin Nahúm Cerda Aldana elegí la tecnología de refrigeración y climatización en Cet-Mar#14 de Puerto Peñasco Sonora con el fin de egresar como un buen técnico. En el curso seré guiado por el Lic. Martín Alfredo Jiménez Becerra

Como parte del curso  he creado este blog para dar seguimiento al curso de refrigeración de hasta 25 TR. Seguiré publicando en base a los temas que vallamos estudiando, como lo serán la electricidad, soldadura autógena, plomería, componentes de refrigeración, accesorios, etc. etc.
